This year’s P4H England 2020, England’s leading annual NHS procurement and supply chain event, is going online.

Going live on 6 October and officially supported by NHS Supply Chain, P4H England Engage 2020 – The Procurement Event For Health, will provide a unique opportunity for England’s NHS buyer and supplier community to connect within a live innovative online and fully interactive environment, designed to engage all participants across a range of networking and educational features including:

Yes you will need to register to attend the event. You can register to attend at the top of this page. Please complete all the relevant details. This event is open to healthcare sector and private sector organisations.
No, you do not need to download or install any software to participate in our conference. You only need to have access to the Internet. If you wish to have 121 video calls with any participant during the day you will need to have access to a camera on your laptop.
Once you register you will receive an email confirming your participation. On 6 October the event will go live at 0830. Simply return to this webpage and log in using the link above, entering your email and password to login.
Don’t worry you can reset your password – click the ‘login’ link above and follow the instructions for forgotten password.
We will run some tutorials and webinars for registered delegates a few weeks before the event, which will show you a sneak peak at the site and talk you through how to use it. Rest assured the system is very easy to use.
The event will be open from 0830 and closes at 1600 on 6 October.
The event will have as many features as a live event. You can access the speaker presentations in the auditorium, visit the partners, sponsors and exhibitors in the exhibition halls and network with other delegates in the networking lounge. You will also be able to take part in Q&A during/after speaker sessions, join in discussion threads and polling, arrange 121 meetings with partners, sponsors and exhibitors, visit exhibition booths and take content home in your delegate bag. All done from the comfort and safety of your home or office environment.
BiP Solutions staff will be on hand at the Info Desk in the P4H England Engage event to help with any event specific questions. Our technical team will be on hand to answer any technical support questions in the same area.
We would suggest you use Firefox or Chrome to get the best quality.
All content will remain on the site for 30 days, allowing registered delegates the opportunity to revisit on a different day and still be able to access all the presentations and exhibition stands. Please note that none of the networking facilities are available after 6 October so if you don’t want to contact any of the exhibitors or partners please see contact information on their individual booths.
We ask that any discussions – whether via IM or video calls – are kept strictly professional. Please use appropriate language.
Best practise is to send a text IM in the chat room to ask if someone is available for a video call. Please do not ‘spam’ any participant with unsolicited voice calls.
Please bear in mind that many booths will be very busy and reps will get back to you when they can.
